- Repair/replacement of concrete and masonry retaining walls throughout the school site
- Remove and replace existing terracotta with cast stone cornice
- Remove and reinstall attic level perimeter wall
- Remove and reinstall roof slab perimeter and associated structure
- Remove and reinstall cast stone, balustrades
- Clean areaways and drainage
- Waterproof foundation walls
- Repoint all brick work throughout
- Replace bronze paneled doors and transoms
- Replace windows and window guards
